Q: Where do I have to lodge my application?
A: The NZ law requires you to lodge an application in the country where you are at the moment of lodgement. In other words, when you are in your home country, you need to lodge the application there or in the designated office. If you are in NZ on a valid temporary permit you may lodge the application in NZ.
