This is applicable for applicants whose residence applications have been declined.
The appeal must be lodged within a certain timeframe. This timeframe is set at 42 days from the date of the decline letter and when overseas, please ad 7 days.
The Residence Appeal Board (RRB) will re-asses your application and determine if the decision is made based according to the current policy guidelines at the moment of assessment by the NZIS case officer.
The Residence Appeal Board may take into consideration the personal circumstances of the appellant relevant to the applicant and his/her dependents.
