This is the last step of the democratic process. You may write to the Minister requesting him/her to overturn or intervene in the decision made by the NZIS and or RRB on your application.
You may also write to the Minister if you believe that your situation is special. This may be applicable in some cases where applicants who do not meet the strict criteria of a certain current policy. The Minister then has the power to grant residence.
